7 PHASE EXPLAINER VIDEO PROCESS
This is most important phase of the project. Before we start any work on your project. We like to listen and understand your ideas and the objective of the explainer video with your target market. We will throw our ideas in as well and then brainstorm each and every detail of the project to maximize the outcome of the explainer video. Once we have your approval on our ideas then we’ll start the next phase i.e. script writing.
In this phase we’ll draw rough sketches based on your script depicting a perfect story line making sure each and every scene of the video will complement the script. We’ll receive your feedback on the storyboard then make further changes to get your approval. Once we’ll get your approval then we’ll move on to the next phase i.e. illustrations.
In this phase we’ll send you a list of our voiceover artist samples from which you let us know which artist we should pick to get the voiceover recording done for the script. We’ll record the voiceover and send it you for approval. In this phase you will choose sound effects and music from our library so we can incorporate them in the animation phase
This is the final phase and with the delivery of the video in your desired HD format a smile will be guaranteed on your face.
In this phase we’ll assign a script writer from our pool of script writers. Then we will write an initial draft of the script with you. Once we share it you then we’ll discuss it on call about feedback/approval. Once we have your approval on the script this will set the foundation of your video then we’ll jump on to the next phase.
Illustrations will be the detailed board. We will add colour to the rough sketches making sure the font, images and character complement the overall look and feel of the video. The illustrations will consist of actual images that we will animate in the animation phase.
This phase include animation of the illustrations and syncing them with the voiceover making sure each and every part of video is perfectly synchronized so completing the whole video. Transitions and animation effects are added in this explainer video. The Animation will be send to you for approval. Once you approve the animation we’ll start rendering the video in your desired HD format.
